  3. Be Present Be Kind Be Curious meditation workshop

    November 11, 2023, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Be Present, Be Kind, Be Curious brings traditional meditative wisdom into contemporary life. It showcases the Tergar Meditation Community's new premier program – Anytime Anywhere Meditation. This program makes meditation practice both more accessible and more effective, whatever your spiritual or philosophical orientation. Anytime Anywhere Meditation dismantles ideas that meditation is a rigid pursuit with lofty, unattainable goals. You will learn that compassion is only a heartbeat away, wisdom is accessible, and awareness is always with you. This workshop is the perfect opportunity to start a meditative journey of self-discovery.
