Members of the clergy or Justices of the Peace from another state may officiate your wedding in Massachusetts. They should obtain the soleminzation certificate by submitting this application to the Secretary of the Commonwealth. Our office will need the original soleminzer certificate returned with the marriage certificate for recording.
